1. Course Purchases
1.1 Refund Eligibility Period
Students may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 30% of the course content has been accessed or completed. This policy allows learners to evaluate whether the course meets their expectations and learning needs.
1.2 Conditions for Course Refunds
Refunds for individual course purchases are subject to the following conditions:
Access Limitation: No more than 30% of course lessons, modules, or materials have been viewed, downloaded, or completed.
Time Limitation: The refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Certificate Issuance: No completion certificate has been generated or downloaded for the course.
Course Bundles: For bundled course purchases, the access and time limitations apply to each individual course within the bundle.
1.3 Non-Refundable Course Purchases
The following course purchases are not eligible for refunds:
Promotional or Discounted Courses: Courses purchased at a promotional price, discount rate, or through special offers are generally final sale unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Completed Courses: Courses where the student has accessed more than 30% of the content or has completed the course requirements.
Live or Scheduled Sessions: Courses that include live sessions, webinars, or scheduled coaching where the sessions have already occurred.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription plans may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, provided that limited access has occurred during that period. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
2.3 Trial Periods
If a free trial period is offered, you may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. Once the trial period ends and payment is processed, standard refund policies apply.
3. Downloadable Materials and Resources
Digital products, including downloadable materials, templates, workbooks, audio files, and other resources, are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. We recommend reviewing all available previews and descriptions before making a purchase.
4. Technical Issues
4.1 Platform Technical Problems
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to provide access to the purchased content due to technical problems on our end, a full refund will be issued.
4.2 User Technical Requirements
Refunds will not be provided for technical issues arising from incompatible devices, insufficient internet connectivity, or failure to meet stated system requirements. All system requirements are listed on course pages and our platform information.

5.3 Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been reviewed. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. We are not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you are unable to complete a course due to serious medical issues or emergency situations, please contact us directly. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative solutions such as course extensions, transfers, or refunds at our discretion.
7.2 Course Cancellations
If Miravellion cancels a course, live session, or subscription service, all affected students will receive a full refund automatically. You will be notified via email regarding the cancellation and refund processing.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your account and access to all purchased content. We are committed to resolving all payment disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication.
9. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies, you will not be eligible for any refunds on courses, subscriptions, or other products purchased. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, or policy violations.
